Up to now you did not enjoy the special franconian roasted pork shoulder called Schäufele, the world famous franconian sausages and the schnaps called goldwater for afterwards? This should and could be changed very quickly….

Our JCI Senators Conference 2023 bears the headline GOLDRUSH TO SCHWABACH, appropriate to the long golden history of our town…. The oldfashioned way to produce goldleafs is rather unique nowadays and the very few craftsmen still able to do it will show you the hard work of goldbeating.

These precious products are delivered and processed worldwide and Schwabach has always been famous for them. But there is much more – you will see…..
